What is coaching?

Coaching is a conversational tool that empowers individuals to identify their goals, understand their issues and develop options to overcome them. At TREE, the coaching process typically involves:

  • Setting goals
  • Diagnostic tools to understand you and your style
  • Options to work towards the goal
  • Time to implement the options
  • Reviewing at the next session

Typically, most clients have a goal-setting session, a diagnostic session, followed by 4-8 further sessions to address the issues, and a final session to ensure any learning is continued beyond the coaching sessions.
