
What is coaching?
Coaching is a conversational tool that empowers individuals to identify their goals, understand their issues and develop options to overcome them. At TREE, the coaching process typically involves:
- Setting goals
- Diagnostic tools to understand you and your style
- Options to work towards the goal
- Time to implement the options
- Reviewing at the next session
Typically, most clients have a goal-setting session, a diagnostic session, followed by 4-8 further sessions to address the issues, and a final session to ensure any learning is continued beyond the coaching sessions.
