Ellie Thompson
Ellie is the co-founder of TREE Strategy & Coaching. She has a Master’s degree in Chemistry from The University of Cambridge, and additional business and finance qualifications from The Judge Business School and The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. She has 16 years’ Industrial experience ranging from FTSE100 companies to two person start-ups. Ellie specialises in Business Development and Business Strategy, and has been involved in growing new businesses in Hydrogen, Automotive and Software industries among others.
Emma Rowan
Emma is the co-founder of TREE Strategy & Coaching. Prior to this her career spanned the NHS, working in senior roles across multiple sectors including clinical trials, innovation and improvement. She is an alumnus of Aston University and The Open University, and holds qualifications in psychology, coaching and mentoring. She is an experienced facilitator, trainer and coach with a background in change management and improvement science. Her role is to be a trusted partner for leaders navigating complexity, helping them step back, gain clarity, and build the confidence and resilience to lead with impact.
